Withdraw Government salary bonus payments

There is no place in Government salaries for bonus payments. We will withdraw bonus payments, additional pension payments or any add on payment to salaries. We were horrified at the abuse of bonus payments when we looked at example such as websites for the Olympic Games Monitor, notjustlondon.com, information on FSA bonuses increased by 40% to £20 Million, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority paying £3.8 Million bonus payments to 315 staff, why!!! Why are their basic salaries not enough at this difficult financial time? We get no extra productivity do we get through such bonus payments just hot air justifications from other bonus paid civil servants.
